Job Description
- Performs design and BIM works.
- Participates in design charrettes and collaboration meetings.
- Performs quality checking of drawings to meet firm’s standards.
- Ensures compliance with safety and building codes.
- Resolves conflicts in drawing details through research and meetings.
- Assists in material schedules, specifications, and project inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or Drafting major.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter preferred.
- Experience in residential construction and interior design advantageous.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM technology, and basic construction knowledge.
- Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Basic design and drafting skills.
- Location: Clark, Pampanga. Immediate start required.

Schedule:
