Job Description
General Job Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of any 4-year course particularly Computer Science, Psychology, and Biology.
Experience/Training: Must have at least 1 year of experience in data encoding and clerical procedures.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Well-developed written and oral communications.
- Ability to establish information following standard operating procedures.
- High degree of diplomacy for assistance and cooperation from other staff.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Computer literate with knowledge in computer applications.
- Can operate a Laser Printer.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receives patient
- Ask the patient about the procedure/examination.
- Request the patient to fill up information sheets.
- Charge patients for requested procedures.
- Log patient information in the logbook.
- Prepare necessary forms for procedures.
- Endorse patients to technicians.
