Job Description
- Assist the National Trade Marketing manager in formulating the annual training plan, implementing and conducting a comprehensive evaluation in accordance with the company’s overall strategy.
- Implement monthly training plans, improve trainees’ management and sales skills, and achieve training result expectations.
- Assist the National Trade Marketing Manager in developing relevant sales management tools and supervise the execution of each regional trade manager.
- Develop training materials based on the actual sales scenarios of the trade, output to each region, and participate in regional training.
- Summarize and track changes in sales trainees result, review training effectiveness, and continuously improve training capabilities.
- Directly reports to the National Trade Marketing Manager and implement other tasks assigned by him.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably with category experience in the diaper business or any FMCG Market.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking and fast learning, willing to work in the field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
