Job Information

Job Description

1) Reports to Site Supervisor;

2) Oversee all aspects of civil construction activities on the wastewater treatment plant site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

3) Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and etc.

4) Indirectly supervise the work of subcontractor’s personnel, ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and safely.

5) Monitor construction progress, identify potential problems, and develop solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

6) Conduct daily quality control inspections, ensuring work meets project standards.

7) Conduct pre-construction meetings and safety briefings with subcontractor’s personnel.

Skills and Competencies:

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;

2) 2-3 years of experience in civil construction supervision; experience in wastewater treatment plant construction is an advantage;

3) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment; 4) Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision / management;

5) Familiarity in water and wastewater treatment plant process is an advantage;

6) Proficient in general engineering principles;

7) Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

8) Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations;

9) Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites
