Job Description
MISSION OF FUNCTION
The position is responsible for facilitating land acquisition and titling by conducting property appraisals, preparing and reviewing documents, and managing land inventory. Ensuring accuracy in documents for Sworn Declaration, Reclassification, and Conversion is a key aspect of the role. Monitoring updates and payments like RPT and installments is also crucial. Additionally, providing support to the COM team may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in legal or compliance work, preferably in the power industry
- College graduate; law or engineering degree preferred but not required
Competencies:
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures related to permits, licenses, and report preparation for government agencies and local units
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
