Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. Ensuring call quality and meeting customer care needs promptly.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-year CSR experience in Insurance, Finance, or Health account
- Employment Type: Regular Hire
- Location: Alabang site
- Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
