Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Home Health Case Data Entry Specialist, you’ll manage patient data, ensure compliance with regulations, and support home health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update patient info in EHR and databases.
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Coordinate to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Perform audits for data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in nursing or related field.
- Active RN license.
- Experience in home healthcare or case management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Laptop with specified specifications.
- Dual monitor and quality headset.
- Webcam for virtual meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
