Job Description
- College graduate of any program or course;
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration;
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a sales team to achieve goals and drive performance;
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, interpreting metrics, identifying opportunities, and making strategic decisions;
- Customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, and building long-term relationships.
