Job Description
A Recruitment Operations Intern assists in understanding client needs, supports sourcing efforts, and maintains candidate information. Join us at Allied Executive Search Consultancy.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Proactively source potential candidates via job-related social media.
- Support the Operations Team in fulfilling client requirements.
- Introduce potential hires to clients’ needs.
- Maintain candidate information in the database.
Qualifications:
- 4th-year or graduating student in Psychology, HRM, or related fields.
- Can provide Endorsement Letter and MoA.
- On-site work in Ortigas Pasig City.
- Immediate start.
Job Type: OJT (On-the-Job Training)
Pay: Php150.00 per day
