Job Description
1. Creation and Maintenance of Webmail and Box of Existing and New Employees
2. Monitoring of Ruijie Network and Sophos Antivirus
3. Assemble, Checking, and Maintenance of Laptops, Desktops, and NUC of All Employees
4. Checking and Maintenance and Repair of Printers
5. MIS Support to Laptops, Desktops, NUC of All Employees
6. Photoshop and Printing of Company ID
7. Introduction of Webmail and Box to New Employees
8. Testing and Unit Clearance of Items for Delivery and Demo and RMA
9. Collecting, analyzing and disseminating data in a time-sensitive manner to the management
10. Preparing and presenting reports based on the analysis of this data
11. Assisting in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information system
12. Maintaining and updating databases to ensure information accuracy
13. Ensuring the security of the company’s digital documents and sensitive information
14. Training employees on how to use the new systems and providing troubleshooting assistance
15. Providing ongoing maintenance and upgrades for systems as required
16. Staying informed about the latest developments in the management information systems field
17. Liaising between the IT department and other departments in the company to ensure that the system is meeting the organization’s needs
