Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to end users with technical issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate as needed.
- Document and track all support issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus.
