Job Description
Provide 1st level of user help desk support to users in the Institution. Support includes troubleshooting of user issues, finding solutions to user queries and requirements, etc.
- Troubleshoot user’s issues with their equipment and the office equipment.
- Assist in the setup, cleanup, and configuration of IT Equipment.
- Help the IT manager in the backup, management of user files.
- Clean-up of all returned, borrowed and service units.
- Assist in the inventory of all IT equipment.
- Performs other IT functions designated by the immediate supervisor.
