Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers in utilizing specific features and identify their needs
- Analyze and report product malfunctions; update databases with technical information
- Proactively monitor and respond to customer complaints on social media
Qualifications:
- High School/ALS Graduate with 1 month BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills, resident of Metro Manila or Rizal
- Office-based work; Full-time, Fresh graduate job
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
