Job Description
A BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop accurate 3D models that integrate various building components.
The role requires proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret design drawings are essential for this position. BIM Modelers also collaborate on clash detection, quantity take-offs, and project coordination.
