Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field courses.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding in Marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media and like) and marketing research methods.
- Excellent analytical skills, decisiveness, and proactive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when required.
- Preferably with work experience in Agriculture.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs (ATL and BTL).
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and create marketing materials and ensure marketing programs.
- Support the Marketing Head in managing the marketing budget, record, and update budget spending.
