Job Description
FOR WINGS AND BURGERS
Job Objective:
To organize and supervise, with a view on providing fast and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualification:
- Graduate of High School, Vocational, or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Great time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Attend to all guest needs.
- Experience working as a Waitress in a restaurant.
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Responsible for table set up and cleanliness.
- Adhere to company code of conduct and standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
