Job Description
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least 1-2 years of human resources experience
- Must be keen to details and have systematic records management
- Must have good communication skills
- In charge of the recruitment & hiring process
- Schedule and conduct interviews for the company as required
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources policies and programs
- Engage employees in company activities promoting a healthy workforce
- Monitor attendance violations and prepare necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with government-mandated policies (SS, HDMF, PhilHealth, DOLE)
- Provide payroll information and assist with employee systems access
- Handle employee terminations and maintain employee files
- Responsible for HMO and insurance matters for employees
