Job Description
Job Scope:
- To assist in managing the company’s financial assets and liabilities by optimizing cash flow, leveraging liquidity to maximize returns, risk mitigation, securing cost-effective funding options, safeguarding financial stability, and supporting the company’s financial objectives.
- To assist in liaising with the banks and other financial institutions for the debt and equity financing requirements of the company, negotiating optimal terms, and ensuring compliance with their covenants and terms and conditions.
- To assist in the implementation of the department’s initiatives, process improvements, policies, and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related, preferably CPA.
– At least with two (2) years of prior experience in a similar role.
