Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Proven knowledge in all facets of Human Resources with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as an HR Managerial.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and oversee people effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Capable of addressing employee conflicts and conducting investigations when required.
- Experienced in employee relations.
- Aptitude to handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
