Job Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Journey Expert to join our ESG Demand Management team. As a Customer Journey Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions across various touchpoints to optimize their experience and drive demand for our ESG products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer journey, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer experience management, data analysis, and project management. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability are highly desirable.
