Job Description
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
2. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist.
3. With good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
4. Knowledgeable of the functions (recruitment, employee relations, training and development, etc.)
5. Desired Skills: MS Office, Human Resource Development, Communication Skills.
