Job Description

Overview:
The Accounts Payable Specialist at Halo Recruiting will manage payables, vouchers, vendor payments, 1099 contractor payments, tax filing, and assist in Finance Department projects.
Job Scope:
- Timely entry of vouchers
- Prepare and execute payables
- Maintain vendor files
- Reconcile statements
- Manage reimbursements
- Resolve vendor concerns
- Record deposits
- Other assigned duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years relevant work history
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Self-directed with teamwork mentality
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Flexible & Adaptable
Musts:
- Excellent communication skills
- Full-time availability within U.S. time zone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php75,00.00 per month
