Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Specialist – OFR to join our dynamic team. The main responsibility of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of operational risk frameworks (OFR) in our organization. Duties include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential risks, and recommending strategies to mitigate them.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in operational risk management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
- Develop and maintain OFR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with risk management standards
