Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Management/Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing within the construction/real estate industry
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leasing spaces property upkeep, maintenance, housekeeping, and audit compliance
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with Property Management Office
- Conduct site inspections, monitor housekeeping services
- Manage move-in/move-out of tenants in collaboration with tenancy management
- Administer facility management functions for tenant safety and security
- Implement safety policies and procedures
Administrative Services:
- Organize filing systems for commercial spaces and turnover documents
- Implement leasing house rules related to facility management
- Maintain updated leasing-related files, reports, and documents
Customer Relations:
- Address client issues in liaison with the respective department
- Ensure customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
