Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in alignment with company plans
- Organize workflow and clarify employee duties
- Monitor productivity, provide feedback, and coaching
- Resolve complaints and administrative issues
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Communicate information between management and staff
- Create operation-related reports for immediate supervisor
- Train new employees and ensure policy adherence
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary with strong administrative skills
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven supervisor experience
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php14,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
