Job Description
Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Creation, Labor Relations, and Systems Improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Formulate HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee productivity.
- Initiate and strengthen partnerships with manpower agency partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships.
- Location: San Pedro Laguna. Immediate start.
