Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy enforcement.
You will be involved in implementing HR strategies, conducting training sessions, and handling employee queries. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining HR records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
