Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Service Desk Resolution Management and Service Desk Voice Support Analyst at Accenture. As a Service Desk Resolution Management professional, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing timely solutions to end-users. Meanwhile, the Service Desk Voice Support Analyst will handle incoming support calls and provide assistance over the phone.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in these roles.
