Job Description
We are seeking a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Polish for onsite work set-up. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems for end-users. Proficiency in both Polish and English languages is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong IT skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
