Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, order tracking, product information, and service-related questions.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers effectively and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and patience.

Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable.
- Able to work on-site.
