Responsibilities:
- Answering and handling customer calls, providing professional solutions and support.
- Communicating with customers through email and online chat tools to answer customer questions.
- Recording and tracking customer issues and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining the accuracy of customer information and updating customer database.
- Providing detailed information on products and services to help customers make informed choices.
Requirements:
- Priority given to customer service, marketing, or related majors.
- 1-2 years of customer service or related work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
