Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users and necessary hardware
- Testing new technology
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT or related fields
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and programming languages
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented and accurate
Personnel competency:
- Reliable, responsible, flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
- Good practical IT skills and knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable to a startup environment
- Experience in BPO, financial industry, and/or Fintech preferred
