Job Description:
- Updates billing and invoicing to clients (Terms & COD) according to its billing instructions.
- Maintains updated ledger of each client by timely collection and payment identification.
- Religiously updates AR Reports for assigned clients/accounts.
- Timely organization of SOA/ EWT.
- Timely issuance of receipts.
- Monthly preparation of Credit/Debit Memo.
- Willingness to maintain the desired DSO set by the management.
