Job Description
- Handle customer concerns related to flight packages on social media platforms
- Engage with clients to understand preferences, needs, and budget.
- Create customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements efficiently.
- Assist with travel documentation and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School/Sr. High School Graduate
- Has a good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp)
- Good typing and navigational skills
- Good English communication Skills (Written & Oral)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang
