Job Description
1. Performs daily tasks assigned in specific stations and meets production output goal.
2. Ensures good quality of finished product done in his/her station.
3. Meets weekly schedule to minimize/eliminate past dues.
4. Verifies IMTE (Inspection, Measuring, or Test equipment) being used by the operator such as FISC and High Power scope/s (HPS) at the start of the shift or before using the said IMTE.
5. Performs in-process rework on ceramic capillaries which failed quality standards.
6. Fills up necessary documentation such as traveler card, IPJC, tag sheet, rework TC, SPC, monitoring charts, and other required records during/after processing of lot.
7. Reports any machine/equipment trouble and downtime to any Maintenance personnel or line leader during operation. Supports machine downtime goal of 1.5 hrs/shift maximum.
8. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in his/her assigned work area. Cleans equipment and work table at the start and end of shift.
9. Complies with company policies and regulations, especially on good work attitude, attendance, and punctuality.
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php13,040.00 – Php15,039.99 per month
