Any Business Course graduate; with at least two (2) years experience in customer oriented industry as a front liner or equivalent service; strong oral and written communication skills; keen to details and well organized; exceptional communication and customer relation skills; outstanding phone, personal and email etiquette; aligns with the organization’s shared values
