Job Description
Responsible for the movement of both incoming and outgoing goods. Handling items for shipping and distribution, liaising with trucking and shipping agencies, and managing documentation for imports and exports. Providing strong support to Purchasing needs to meet team objectives.
Secures complete and accurate specifications for Material Repair & Operating supplies from end users, including required dates.
Prepares reports based on vendor canvasses, coordinates with vendors to meet delivery requirements, and manages PR/PO status daily.
- Sourcing new vendors
- Securing quotations
- Price negotiations
Monitoring purchasing savings vs budget, discussing updates with SC Manager, and handling importation and exportation logistics.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with supplemental pay for overtime.
Ability to commute or relocate to Muntinlupa City is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Purchasing Assistant.
