Job Description
Timely and accurate review, validation, and processing of incoming invoices (e.g. PO, Non-PO, credit card statements) to the accounting system.
Ensuring that invoices are properly coded and booked following SGS Chart of Accounts.
Verifying that invoices comply with SGS policies and procedures.
Auditing travel and expense liquidation according to existing rules and regulations.
Processing prepayments and following up on prepaid invoices.
Handling statements and vendor inquiries.
Assisting in AP Subledger close and other month-end activities.
Ensure monthly checklists are completed by the month end and signed off by the Senior Accountant.
