Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Interview at Ortigas
- BPO experience is a plus
- Good typing skills
- High School/ Sr. High School Grads with 2 years of related experience accepted
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- At least Conversant in English/Basic English
- Strong active listening skills and empathy
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center
