Job Description
- Leverage various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Recruit meticulously for alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with operations team for evolving needs.
- Conduct analysis of project requirements.
- Serve as liaison between recruitment and operations teams.
- Amenable to submit reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience.
- Excellent assessment and interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work onsite at Pilar Village, San Fernando.
Job Type: Full-time
