Job Description

THE JOB: The position entails handling responses to incoming contacts (phone-ins and emails) and managing the processing of assigned tickets for outbound processes. You will monitor customer contact journeys, aiming for a 75% sales inquiry conversion rate and a 90% resolution of complaints.

THE PERSON:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor Course with relevant work experience in customer relations or frontline service.
  • Capable of handling customer complaints with excellent coordination skills for immediate resolution.
  • Possesses excellent human relations and communication skills (oral and written) with genuine empathy and a strong interest in people.
  • Computer literate specifically in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
