Job Description
The Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet our staffing needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Engaging with passive candidates and building relationships to create a talent pipeline
- Providing recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments
