Job Description
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
- Proven track record of effective team management and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Inspect work, maintain high cleaning standards, and manage schedules.
