Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for executing pivotal operational tasks outside Immigration or Tax SMEs scope in Case Management. This role involves managing reporting & insights for the market unit, collaborating with DL MU Lead.
- Oversee: Cross-border agreements, Batch process for travel, Traveler registration, Power of attorney, Stealth, Billing, Operation controls
Must Have:
- College Graduate
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Keen attention to details
- MS Office proficiency (PPT, Excel)
Good to Have:
- Experience in managing Philippine Immigration
- Experience in Destination services
