Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for PC, Laptop, Printer deployment, and configuration.
- Attends to tickets, provides support within SLAs.
- Updates service requests/incidents status.
- Troubleshoots hardware, replaces defective parts.
- PC, Desktop, Laptops formatting/cloning.
- Network connection configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Performs PC/laptops maintenance tasks.
- Escalates urgent problems.
- Other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IT or related field graduate.
- Windows Operating Systems knowledge.
- Hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
- IT infrastructure, networking, antivirus knowledge.
- Fast learner with good communication and analytical skills.
- Can adapt to client requirements and work with remote teams.
- Good at documentation and organization.
- Can work in shifting schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php15,00.00 per month
