Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES:
- Developing top key customers through differentiated national and customized activities
- Ensuring regular customer engagement to build business and relationships
- Ensuring perfect basics like stock availability, replenishment, visibility, and merchandising
- Leading field execution teams for efficient store operations and growth
- Executing category-growing initiatives for customer success
- Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence
- Ensuring successful store openings with standout Unilever brands
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in account management, preferably FMCG Background
- Experience leading field execution teams
- Agile, self-motivated, with a growth mindset
- Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
- Action and detail-oriented with driving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
