Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES:
- Developing top key customers through customized activities
- Ensuring regular customer engagement and business growth
- Ensuring stock availability, visibility, and merchandising in-store
- Leading field teams for efficient store operations
- Executing category-growing initiatives for customer success
- Ensuring point-of-purchase excellence
- Driving successful new store openings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in account management, FMCG Background Preferred
- Experience in leading field execution teams
- Agile, self-motivated, and growth mindset
- Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
- Action and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
