Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for our Telco account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our telecommunications customers. You will handle inquiries and concerns regarding service, billing, technical issues, and general account information in a professional and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
– 6 months BPO experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
