Job Description
- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- Graduate of 4-year business-related courses are also welcome.
- Preferably with earned units of post-graduate business-related courses.
- Acquired advanced related trainings.
- Proven experience and a good track record in a managerial role for at least 3 years with hands-on management of systems and processes.
- Strong decision-making ability.
- Trustworthy and with high integrity.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable for their actions.
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s operation procedures.
- Works well under pressure, quick to adjust, has the ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
- Proficient driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
Responsible to assist the General Manager ensuring the day-to-day business operations run smoothly in different parts of the Philippines. Job type: Full-time. Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month.
