Job Description
Check & respond to Sales Portal website.
- Respond to Parts Enquiries, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
- Handle back orders, purchase orders, and shipping instructions internationally.
- Work with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance Departments.
- Investigate claims, prepare reports, and assist with telephone calls.
- Manage Letter of Credit requirements.
Additional Job Description for Middle East Operation
- Process orders from Middle East distributors, prepare documents, and monitor stock.
- Coordinate with external warehouses and forwarders for efficient order processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
